Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers daily. They have the opportunity to choose the right apple or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast‑paced and involves spending time in all departments, shopping for customers and filling their online orders.

Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders, engaging customers throughout the process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons, and they may need to juggle help for in‑store customers.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
