Land O’Frost is seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Customer Business Manager II to lead customer‑specific sales initiatives across the Southeast Region
. This role is ideal for an experienced CPG sales professional with deep experience in customer engagement, broker management, and driving distribution and unit growth.
As a true sales leader, you will build and strengthen relationships with key customers—primarily those purchasing through wholesalers—while driving unit growth, expanded distribution, and new item acceptance within your territory.

How YOU will contribute- Optimize customer sales performance and profitable volume growth via distribution, new product platforms, trade promotion optimization using all available tools for each customer.
- New Business Development:
Identify new opportunities at accounts, to sell ideas to the customer. - Execution of approved customer business plans.
- Customization and delivery of presentations to customers, using customer-specific data.
- Utilizes internal relationships to influence sales strategy and course corrective measure necessary to deliver budgeted goals.
- Adept at translating customer plans into Store level strategies that drive improved merchandising and distribution results.
- Proficient in business knowledge and customer base to identify opportunities and solidify partnerships with Buyer, Meat Manager and/or Store Manager level.
- Manage, update, and course correct promotional programs via appropriate tools - Circana/Wholesaler reports.
- Management of product issues at customer level as needed.
- Minimum three (3) years in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and Circana tools.
- Drive for Results.
- Relationship Building.
- Strong written and verbal communication; strategic selling expertise.
- Willing to travel up to 25% day/overnight travel.
