This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Smith, AR, for an Agency Sales Representative at Colonial Life. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering workplace benefits solutions to businesses and their employees. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with benefit education, designing effective insurance solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position also requires maintaining a proactive approach to achieve sales goals and support the growth of the agency.

• Time management, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Familiarity with insurance benefits, business-to-business sales processes, and marketing strategies
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Licensure for life and health insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
