Job Purpose

- Achieve sales targets through channel partners/distributors in assigned region(s).
- Increase market share by providing strategic directives.
- Prepare Plan Actuals with Divisional Sales Manager, setting country‑wise sales targets by analysing actual vs. expected sales.
- Update market developments periodically to facilitate proactive steps to combat competition.
- Analyze market sales data and customer satisfaction data.
- Identify network gaps & prospective dealers/distributors based on regional priorities.
- Monitor each dealership/distributorship in terms of viability and profitability.
- Capture best practices from other regions and deploy them horizontally.
- Train distributors/dealers and staff via Store Power or other measures on sales process, product and CRM.
- Report on country performance, market shares, market information, sales forecast, competitor performance, financier matrix, and team productivity.
- Ensure adequacy of manpower at channel partners.
- Initiate marketing programs/BTL activities from time to time in assigned country(ies), and monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Manage fund flow to dealerships/distributorships and ensure optimisation of working capital.
- Perform stock planning & correction.
- Manage fund flow to dealerships by coordinating with financiers.
- Ensure smooth operation by tying up with financiers for trade advances or inventory funding.
