As a Business Development Manager, Core Business you will be responsible for proactively pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining profitable customer relationships in an assigned territory to achieve company objectives. While handling Business Development Manager duties, you will be asked to uphold and develop relationships with all substantial stakeholders in your defined territory to include collegiate athletics groups, college parking operations, ticket service providers, professional sports teams, museums, zoos, fairs, festivals, and brokers of tickets.
You will work closely with the Company’s account management team to price, define, and coordinate a customer’s order to aid in the production process.
- Able to work within well-defined sales process (CRM system, KPIs, pitch goals) to deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills to coordinate numerous time-sensitive projects.
- Carry out face‑to‑face and Zoom meetings to drive business.
- Actively develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders among prospect list and customer list to create upsell opportunities.
- Knowledge of print industry techniques preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills to work jointly within multi segments of the company.
- Must be highly motivated and a positive team player.
- Show the ability to multitask.
- Display functional negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries, pricing negotiations, and concerns.
- Travel as needed for customer visits and relevant conferences to achieve sales goals.

- Investigate new technologies or product innovations to determine their potential impact on the brand.
- Knowledge of production processes (print preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high‑performing sales environment.
- Experience with Hub Spot and Zoom Info digital platforms preferred.
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Extensive use of computer and mouse.
