Ritter Communications is expanding, and we're looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Representative in the Fort Smith, AR market who is passionate about building relationships, solving business challenges, and closing deals.

What You'll Do- Build and grow relationships with businesses throughout our service markets.
- Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and develop customized technology solutions.
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services.
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Become a trusted advisor by delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through implementation.
- A drive for Enterprise or B2B sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for winning
- Excellent time management and organization
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
Target earnings of $100,000 and more! (base salary + commission)
