This is a full‑time, on‑site Inside Sales role based in Fort Smith, AR. The Inside Sales team member will manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and support sales activities for industrial technology products and solutions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending products and services, and coordinating with external sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and tracking opportunities in the company’s systems. The Inside Sales professional will also assist with pricing, inventory checks, and basic product support to help drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including handling inquiries, developing opportunities, and supporting revenue growth.

- Prior inside sales, distribution, or industrial sector experience is preferred; relevant education or training in business or a technical field is beneficial.
