Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a top 40 roofing contractor expanding across the Midwest and South. We seek a dedicated Roofing Sales Project Manager to lead our Fort Smith team.

Job type:
Full‑time, 1099 commission‑based. Base pay averages $70,000–$150,000+ per year with bonus opportunities. Top performers can earn $200,000+.

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners.
• Write and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payments.
• Manage the project from start to finish.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Self‑starting attitude; go‑getter.
• Coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated.
• Reliable transportation; ability to carry a ladder; company trucks may be available during business hours.
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Cell phone.
• Experience or willingness to work in outside door‑to‑door sales.
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof and not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills; driven and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Veteran preference.
• Comfortable with door‑to‑door sales.
