Part‑Time Branch Sales Associate – day shift, up to 28 hours per week.

Responsible for promoting HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to customers, dealers and contractors, maintaining strong customer relationships, communicating product features, and ensuring safety and inventory standards.

• Promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to the customer/dealer network and HVAC contractors.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all walk‑in and telephone inquiries.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of HVAC products and actively promote our private label brand.
• Follow and adhere to all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
• Restock shelves and assist in unloading products; may require lifting up to 50 lbs. and operating a forklift.

• 1–3 years of HVAC sales, counter sales, or relevant retail sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and proficient computer skills (Microsoft applications).
• Knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment; experience working with contractors is desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of experience.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
