Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 + Commission + Company Vehicle + Training + Progression + Benefits
Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in quarry, construction plant, or aggregate equipment? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are a respected specialist within the construction plant, heavy equipment, and aggregate sectors. Due to ongoing success and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Manager to lead regional growth and help strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies for crushing and screening equipment
- Identify and secure new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and in-person meetings
- Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing customers
- Travel extensively across Oregon (company vehicle provided)
- Proven sales experience within heavy equipment, quarry, or aggregate industries
- Enjoys a field-based, customer-facing role with significant travel
- Motivated by strong earning potential through commission
- Eager to access industry training and long-term career progression opportunities
