• Providing administrative support to the sales team.
• Assisting in generating leads.
• Scheduling sales meetings.
• Handling incoming phone calls.
• Recommending products to customers.
• Entering and finalising quotes into Oracle for customers and Sales Representative.
• Handling walk-ins requesting sales information.
• Assisting the sales manager in the preparation of sales reports and competitive market analyses.
• Updating contact lists of existing and prospective customers.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform basic calculations – add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Self-management and project management ability.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Capable of pulling together professional sales presentations.
• Knowledge of ERP applications (preferably Oracle).
