Position: Security Generalist Sr / Ebbing ANG

* Description:

** This position is located at Ebbing ANG Base, AR and will support F 35 security operations  Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required  Some travel may be required  Due to local mission requirements, a Top Secret clearance may be required in the future

The selected candidate will be responsible for the day to day site security operations including but not limited to:

 Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits

 Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205 07

 Provide overall SAP security administration and support as outlined in the DoDM 5205 07 series regulations

 Enforce all USAF, local security procedures, practices, DoDM 5205 07, and ICD 705

 Perform random entry/exit searches, changes combinations and generate SF 700s

 Performs classified material management

 Control access to secure facilities, handle and storage of classified documents and electronic media

 Assist instructors, students and visitors using facilities

 Operate badging and access control systems

 Monitor security camera systems

 Assist in self inspections and prepare for customer inspections

 Perform and document vault alarm tests

 Assist in security inquiries

 Assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours and coverage in specified squadrons or Fighter Training Center  FTC  

 Other duties as needed by site and security leadership

US citizenship required as most programs and projects assigned are ITAR restricted

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Current security clearance investigation within 5 years from the investigation close date

Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs  SAP  Access

Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials

Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills

Understanding of DoDM 5205 07

** Desired

Skills:

*
* 1  Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer  CPSO  

2  Knowledge of Joint Strike Fighter security requirements

3  Experience working in a military environment

4  Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of special access programs in accordance with DoDM 5205 07 Vol 3, and ICD 705

5  Works well independently and in group settings

6  Excellent written, verbal and customer interface skills

7  Ability to multi task and remain organized;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products

8  Working knowledge of ICD 705 standards
