Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces;
Monitor for unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to deter loss;
Assist with de-escalation, provide directions and information, and support a professional environment for customers and staff;
Respond to incidents and document relevant details and communicate with site contacts as needed
