We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Install, inspect, and maintain equipment and systems according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service calls.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

This position may require travel to customer sites and working in various environments, including indoors and outdoors. The role may involve lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
