Service Center Charlotte - Independence: you’ll help customers recover from accidents quickly and confidently with modern equipment and a safety culture that brings them home each night.

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge; able to pull, straighten, and square vehicles.
• No shortcuts mentality – blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail – focus on tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team‑first attitude – collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
