Position
Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities- Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systems—including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics—ensuring safe, compliant operation; supporting equipment startups and upgrades; collaborating cross‑functionally to improve performance and uptime; maintaining accurate documentation; contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects.
- 3–5+ years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance; strong Allen‑Bradley PLC/HMI experience; working knowledge of servo motion systems, VFDs, industrial sensors; ability to read schematics and ladder logic; strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Industrial manufacturing setting with electrical and mechanical systems; adherence to PPE and safety standards; occasional off‑shift, weekend, or on‑call support may be required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation or related field.
- 3–5+ years in industrial controls or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
