This position reports to:
Maintenance Manager
Job Description- Core Responsibilities:
Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systems—including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics—while ensuring safe, compliant operation, supporting equipment startups and upgrades, collaborating cross‑functionally to improve performance and uptime, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects. - Required Experience &
Skills:
3–5+ years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance; strong Allen‑Bradley PLC/HMI experience; working knowledge of servo motion systems, VFDs, industrial sensors; ability to read schematics and ladder logic; ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, P&IDs; strong electrical troubleshooting skills. - Work Environment & Other Requirements:
Industrial manufacturing setting with electrical and mechanical systems; adherence to PPE and safety standards; occasional off‑shift, weekend, or on‑call support may be required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation or related field.
- 3–5+ years in industrial controls or maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
