Perform and train self/others on basic electrical and mechanical skills, mechanical repairs and overhauls, maintenance systems, computer skills, new technologies in preventive/predictive maintenance, problem solving/troubleshooting;
Grow to expert level on complex machine adjustment and troubleshooting;
Must have working knowledge of Industrial Electrical Control systems and wiring; read electrical schematics and troubleshoot up to PLC control point;
Must be able to maintain and operate all equipment in assigned area; lead in efforts to improve efficiencies;
Own the maintenance process for assigned equipment area and ensure safety, quality, and compliance
