- Lead a pod of developers to develop Agentic solutions using UiPath.
- Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones.
- Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption.
- Mentor technical engineers who are looking to grow their careers in RPA & Agentic features.
- Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities.
- Work with a truly unbelievable technical team that will move mountains to help our customers.
- Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution.
- Express passion and enthusiasm by identifying out‑of‑the‑box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in object‑oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred).
- 4+ years of experience developing in UiPath.
- 2+ years of hands‑on development in UiPath.
- Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform.
- Experience configuring UiPath's AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces.
- Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs.
- Process‑oriented individuals with good presentation and communication skills (customer facing).
- Fluent written and spoken English mandatory; fluency in other languages a plus.
- US citizenship.
- Eligible for Secret clearance.
- UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional).
- Candidate local to the Washington, DC metro area highly preferred.
