CDL-A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Out 21 & Home 7 Earn $85-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time, and includes fantastic benefits. Training is offered for those without cryogenic experience.

• First year pay ranges from $85–$106K. Drivers start at $300.30/day with an increase of $3/day every six months up to a cap of $324/day. New hires trained in cryogenics earn an additional $100/day.
• Training is “shadow” training: each driver runs their own truck, is paid $125/day, and receives a $1,000 bonus cks are 579 Petes automatic; no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first year, medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states; opt‑out is not allowed.
• Out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days. The company pays for round‑trip flight home; if within 200 miles of home, the driver drives the truck home.

• Must possess tanker and hazmat endorsements by the time of application.
• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years; no tanker or cryogenic experience required.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• No felonies of any kind.
• Must have passed a DOT drug test and not have ever failed or refused a test.
