- Serve as PIC on assigned business jet missions across a varied fleet and trip profile.
- Plan and execute each flight to the highest safety and service standards, adhering to company SOPs and FAA regulations.
- Lead all phases of operation: performance and weight‑and‑balance, weather and route analysis, fuel planning, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate closely with dispatch and maintenance, and apply mentorship from senior Captains to continually elevate standards.
- Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, clear communication, and a calm, confident command presence.
- Maintain currency, training records, and readiness for aircraft‑specific training and checking.
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, and decisive, safety‑first decision‑making.
- Strong crew resource management and communication skills.
- Situational awareness and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Growth mindset—comfortable receiving guidance from senior Captains while mentoring First Officers.
- ATP with FAA privileges.
- Current Class 1 medical.
- No type rating required; company training provided.
- 2,000+ total flight hours with turbine PIC time.
- Background in business or corporate aviation with a client‑focused approach.
