Overview

CDL A Drivers Home Weekly 1500 to 1620+/WK (Full Time) – OTR Van

Class A Drivers get home every week with a weekly pay around $1,500 to $1,610+ based on an average of 2,100–2,400+ miles per week. All freight is no touch and full benefits are available. Riders and small dogs are allowed from Day One.

• Starting pay: $0.65 per mile (CPM) with an average weekly pay of $1,500–$1,610+.
• All freight is no touch; 40% of loads are drop and hook.
• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance begin on the first of the month after 60 days. 401(k) plan starts at 90 days.
• One week of paid vacation after one year; two weeks after two years.

• Trucks: 2023–2027 Freightliners or Internationals with forward-facing campers; automatic transmissions.
• Trucks are assigned to drivers and may be taken home.
• Speed: 65 mph governing, 68 mph cruise.
• Drivers are home every week (not guaranteed weekends). Availability to drive Sundays is required.

Riders and small dogs are allowed from day one. Rider must be 12 years or older and dog must be 50 lbs. or less.

Orientation lasts 2–3 days. The company covers transportation, hotel, and food, with orientation pay of $200 per day.

• 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years (CMV and PMV combined). No more than one moving violation in the last 12 months in a CMV.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months (e.g., 15+, cell phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely, improper lane changes).
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last three years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last three years.
