Overview
Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
Working HoursPart‑time, Monday and Saturday only. 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM.
ResponsibilitiesDelivery and pick‑up of packages, ensuring shipments meet Fed Ex service features and providing customer service.
Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or GED. Licensed to operate the type of vehicle assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance.
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
- Neat appearance required for customer contact.
- Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- Requires medical examination in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
- Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Consistently lift 50 lbs.
- High school or GED diploma.
- Valid driver’s license for the past two years.
- Successful completion of a federal drug screen and background check.
Starting pay: $21.05 per hour.
Additional DetailsPart‑time courier on Monday and Saturday, 07:45 AM – 08:00 PM.
