Central Oregon Truck Company is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for flatbed routes across regional and OTR areas. Earn up to $127,000 per year with a base pay plus incentives, and start with a paid orientation of $1,250. A $1,350 minimum pay applies for qualifying weeks.
Drivers enjoy loyalty pay from day one, extra tarp and dwell pay, and regional/OTR routes with roughly 2–3 weeks home time. Kenworth T680s and a strong benefits package support drivers.
