DescriptionAs the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse functions, warehouse employees, material handling, warehousing and outbound logistics, and inventory control. You will ensure accuracy in inventory and manage process flow, workloads, asset utilization, and assist with continuous improvement projects. This position is based out of our Wilburton, OK manufacturing and distribution facility.
What You Will Be Doing:- Ensure orders are received and shipped correctly, on time and utilizing the most cost-effective methods.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility and activities, including shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, asset utilization, and maintenance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through full material flow, from receipt of raw materials to shipping of finished goods. Utilize the digital inventory control system to maintain accurate counts. Organize the warehouse efficiently.
- Determine the proper material handling and shipping methods that balance the needs of production, customer and corporate goals.
- Learn, develop and drive innovative warehouse management approaches that continuously improve and support business goals.
- Review and approve invoices and billing.
- Provide product application sizing when necessary for assigned products. Complete quotes for the sale of finished goods through the customer service database.
- Process paperwork for returned materials and warranty refunds.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through routine audit/cycle count program.
- Plan and assist with shipping, receiving and warehouse maintenance as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
- Supervise supervisory and/or non-supervisory employee(s).
- Interview, hire, train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Work with Human Resources on employee issues.

- Develop, read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers (using currency and other forms of measurement).
- Utilize common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
- Deal with problems involving several known variables in routine situations.
- Plan the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation.
- Frequently make decisions of both minor and major importance, which may affect the work operations of other employees and/or clientele to a moderate degree.
- Complete moderately repetitive tasks.
- Use noncomplex machines and equipment (adding machines, calculators, copy/fax machines, etc.).
- Equivalent of four years of high school (required). Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related field preferred.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience (required).
- Intermediate: Alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheet.
- Basic: Word processing/typing.
