Warehouse Associate - Fort Smith

Starting Pay: $14/hr-$16/hr

• Pick‑Up Orders:
  Assisting customers in loading & securing their pick‑up orders
• Inventory:
  Unloading and back stocking merchandise
• Delivery Prep:
  Pulling merchandise for outgoing deliveries from warehouse
• Assembly:
  Slight assembly of product to go to the showroom
• Safety and housekeeping:
  Ensure a safe warehouse environment by keeping an organized & clean area, disposing of any trash & performing other related duties as assigned

• Must be able to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse
• Must work weekends
• No prior experience required
• Basic materials handling skills
• Understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA standards
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks (training provided)
• Mechanical knowledge and heavy lifting capability are advantageous
• Willingness to learn inventory management and warehouse operations
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments dependent on season
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours
• This is a safety‑sensitive position, therefore you must be able to pass a drug test at all times, regardless of medical status
