Your role and responsibilities:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This role leads and develops warehouse personnel, assigns work, monitors performance, and enforces safety, quality, and productivity standards.
The Supervisor coordinates closely with manufacturing, production planning, and logistics teams to support operational requirements, maintain inventory accuracy, and meet on time delivery goals. Responsibilities include optimizing manpower utilization, implementing process improvements aligned with Lean principles, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead warehouse operations with full accountability for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and problem resolution while ensuring compliance with OSHA, MSDS, and company policies.
Provide strong people leadership, including training, coaching, performance management, and fair, consistent enforcement of employee relations and handbook standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and overall warehouse performance while maintaining high expectations for results.
Collaborate across departments and represent management professionally to support plant goals, effective communication, operational flexibility, and required certifications (forklift and hazmat).Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years experience OR Associate’s Degree with minimum 4 years experience OR High School Diploma / GED with minimum 6 years experience. Previous experience supervising required.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate warehouse employees while consistently meeting daily operational goals.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with SAP/BUS, Power BI and SFD systems (preferred).Solid understanding of manufacturing and warehouse operations, including Lean, Flex‑Flow, manpower utilization, and process improvement initiatives.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and leadership development.
