We are currently seeking a passionate, dependable, and detail‑oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms while delivering exceptional service to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.

• Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Make beds and change linens as required.
• Replenish guest amenities, towels and room supplies.
• Dust, polish and sanitize furniture, fixtures and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
• Remove soiled linens, room service trays and garbage from guest rooms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards and lost‑and‑found items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas and work spaces.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is considered an asset.
• Possess a warm, friendly and guest‑focused demeanor.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and serving others.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous and professional under pressure.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Additional language skills are considered an asset.
