This role emphasizes scheduling, daily operations, and team training while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule routes per operational budget

• Manage daily operations and driver performance

• Ensure timely collection of materials

• Lead team meetings and enhance employee relations

• Track productivity and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Possess a DZ driver’s licence and clean record

• Exceptional attendance and performance history

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Willingness to work Saturdays when necessary
