Territory Manager - Illinois & Wisconsin

To meet the growing demand for our products we are expanding our dealer network and seeking a high‑energy Territory Manager to provide technical and marketing support for our dealers and customers in Illinois and Wisconsin.

• Introduce Elmer’s to prospective mainline dealers.
• Build relationships at all levels of the dealer’s network.
• Connect dealers and internal departments to provide solutions and support.
• Promote ordering programs to collect orders.
• Assist dealers with retailing inventory and ensuring accurate inventory.
• Equip dealers and end users with product knowledge through dealer events, training sessions, and start‑ups.
• Participate in trade shows and in‑field demonstrations of equipment for dealers and end users.
• Capture and communicate product development suggestions.

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail oriented in a fact‑paced environment.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Experience in sales or a background in agriculture is an asset.
• Ability to travel for dealer visits, farm shows, and in‑field demonstrations.
• Valid driver’s license, CDL/Class 1 or willingness to acquire one at Elmer’s cost, would be an asset.
• Able to meet requirements to cross the US/Canada border.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Word, Excel, Outlook, video conferencing apps, and CRM systems.
