• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000 after 90 days
• Additional Bonus: up to $2,000 after 180 days based on performance and certification level

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• Accurately document services performed and recommendations for customers
• Follow factory and dealership repair procedures and safety standards
• Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Stay current with factory certifications and ongoing training

• Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician (current FCA/Stellantis certifications preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
• Must pass pre‑employment testing, including background check, MVR, and drug screening
