Customer Service Representative – Small Animal Clinic

Location: Fort Thomas, KY, 41075

• Starting pay: $15.00/hour (living wage)
• Full-time: 30–35 hours/week
• Monday–Friday only (closed weekends!)
• Start time: 8:00 AM

• Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email
• Schedule appointments and support client accounts
• Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the veterinary team
• Help create a smooth, positive experience for every client and pet

• Customer service experience preferred (veterinary experience a plus!)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and team mindset
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to stay calm and professional in busy situations
