Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Conduct initial interviews to assess client needs and clearly explain available insurance policy options.
• Perform field underwriting with integrity.
• Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted.
• Arrange payment methods with applicants.
• Follow up on client claims and process insurance policy requests.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for ongoing support.
• Support team members to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
• Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training.
• Foster a competitive, fun, and inclusive work environment.

• Salary range: USD $50,000.00 - USD $ per year.
• Compensation is highly customizable and discussed directly with the onboarding manager.
