Nurse - RN

We are seeking a Charge Nurse Leader to join our state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility. The role involves providing direct patient care, supervising nurse aides, and ensuring high‑quality care delivery to residents, families and staff.

• Assist in the responsibility for the total patient care within the nursing unit and in unit management.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the nurse associates, monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures regarding such duties.
• Administer medication and treatment per the physician’s orders specific to each patient.
• Instruct and observe that care is implemented per the physician/clinician or standard of practice.
• Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license in the state of practice.
• Maintains licensure, completes continuing education requirements, and holds CPR certification.
• Has a sincere desire to work with the elderly and enjoys direct interaction with residents, staff and families.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and follows up when patient situations require additional attention.
