Facility is currently looking for Full Time and Part Time charge nurse leaders at a state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct patient care and direct oversight to nurse aides, ensuring excellent care delivery on the nursing care units and that the needs of residents, families, and nursing aides are met.

$29.00 to $34.00 hourly base rate based on LPN credentials and experience, with shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Daily pay available—cash on the same day.

• Assist in overall patient care and unit management
• Provide direct nursing care to patients
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON
• Supervise nurse associates, monitoring their actions and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Administer medication and treatments per physician orders specific to each patient
• Instruct and observe care implementation per physician/clinician or standard of practice
• Assist and direct admission and discharge processes of patients

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state license
• Maintain licensure (complete CE requirements) and CPR certification
• Desire to work with elderly and enjoy interacting directly with residents, staff, and families
• Good organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require
