Nurse Supervisor

Carmel Manor, a Catholic, not-for-profit senior living community in Fort Thomas, KY, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. In this resident-centered, faith-based setting, you will oversee daily clinical operations in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, and memory care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating individualized care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe, dignified environment.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives that enhance residents' quality of life.
