Fort Valley State University seeks an Information Technology Customer Service Representative to provide front-line support for Apple devices during the University's deployment. You will deliver courteous customer service to students, alumni, parents, faculty and staff, and perform basic troubleshooting. Complex issues are referred to IT staff.
The role is a temporary, two-week assignment, on-site, part-time and nonexempt. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour and benefits are not included.
