Pure Flavor is seeking a Packhouse Supervisor in our Fort Valley, GA operations to lead the day-to-day packaging team in a refrigerated warehouse. You will drive productivity, uphold quality and food safety standards, and mentor staff to meet performance goals.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will monitor labor, manage schedules, ensure GMP compliance, and collaborate with head grower to keep packaging aligned with product specifications and cost targets.
