Pure Flavor Farms LP is seeking a Machine Operator – Team Lead at our Fort Valley, GA facility. You will oversee box making operations, lead a team of box machine operators, and drive production efficiencies while maintaining GMP and safety standards.
You will schedule tasks, train new hires, and act as backup operator on repack lines. The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and the ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse with lifting up to 50 pounds
