Job Title and PositionFront Desk Clerk – Access Specialist (DUI Program)
Job DescriptionThe Access Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and client support services for the DUI Program.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assisting clients with program enrollment and access, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Completing accurate intake documentation and processing required paperwork promptly.
- Maintaining up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with program and legal guidelines.
- Scheduling client appointments, classes, and assessments, and managing calendar updates for program staff.
- Responding to client inquiries both in-person and over the phone, providing clear information about program procedures and requirements.
- Coordinating effective communication between clients, program staff, and other relevant departments.
- Supporting daily program operations by performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and mailing.
- Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions and tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer and data entry abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations
- Comfortable working directly with individuals enrolled in the DUI Program
- Prior administrative or client service experience preferred
