This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Fort Walton Beach, FL for an Automotive Service Manager. The Automotive Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules, provide leadership in offering outstanding customer service, monitor repair workflow, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. The manager will also guide and train service team members to exceed performance goals and maintain adherence to company standards for quality and excellence.

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and understanding of automotive systems and processes
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver a superior client experience
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and service team members
• Knowledge and experience in the Automotive industry are essential
• Leadership and team management experience is preferred
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
