- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, alignment, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Efficiently and accurately complete Mercedes-Benz Service checklists.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Mercedes-Benz’s standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous automotive service experience required, must be Mercedes-Benz Technician Certified.
