JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform skilled construction, renovation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial and DoD facilities.
- Support structural integrity, safety, and operational readiness of buildings through work involving building envelopes, roofing systems, structural components, and general building renovations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Security Clearance: NACI/SF85 (Public Trust)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a DoW or commercial structures technician responsible for repairs or construction, including general building renovation, building envelope, and roof
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
