Position Overview

Domino's is hiring customer service representatives to work at our restaurant. The role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, and supporting daily operations.

• Operate all kitchen and point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Stock ingredients, transfer items from delivery to storage, and maintain the walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, both in person and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle service recovery.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) for making change.
• Accurate monetary change handling.
• Motor coordination for speed and precision.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance and to stand/walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to work on time.
• Proficient spoken, read, and written English.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check if required.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
