Hertz, a leading car rental company, is hiring a Flexible Customer Service Associate in Florida. You will consult with customers on rentals, maximizing revenue by offering products and services, and overcoming objections while delivering world-class service.
You will also shuttle customers, and ensure vehicles are prepared for pickup, including cleaning, basic assessment of damage, fueling, and fluid checks. This role is on-site at our Fort Walton Beach location.
