As a member of Barts Electric's operations and project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial electrical projects from commencement to completion of a successful, safe, profitable project. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Plans, organizes, and manages electrical construction projects. Ensures that projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, of a high quality and according to customer expectations.

Identifies and generates new business. Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.

Promotes a positive company culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.

Works with the Purchasing Department and vendors proactively to ensure effective material procurement and coordination.

Attends all required internal and external project meetings (ex: ORM's, staff meeting, jobsite coordination meetings, internal financial meeting, etc.)

Participates in field staff performance review process; conducts effective employee performance reviews in a timely manner with the Vice President of Operations and other key senior leadership personnel, coaches employees on future growth opportunities, maintains high integrity relations, and establishes field merit wage increases.
