• $80/hr - $94/hr - exact rate is based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Bachelors in Engineering
• 6+ years with hardware design and development
• High Level Experience with PCB Boards
• Hardware design and development of embedded microprocessor systems experience
• Experience with FPGA Strong understanding of RF Full life cycle manufacturing experience

Insight Global is seeking an Electronics Hardware Engineer for a client located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of electronic hardware supporting engineering and scientific applications. The role requires applying industry standards, processes, and tools across the full system development lifecycle, supporting hardware from board-level design through full system integration.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across multiple phases of hardware development and a solid understanding of system‑level design and integration.

• Perform detailed design of test control apparatus and related equipment
• Develop schematics, layouts, and drawings to support hardware fabrication
• Research, design, develop, and test electronic components, products, and systems
• Qualify and validate developed hardware, including creating and executing test plans and procedures
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure seamless hardware and software integration
