Job Description
:
- Provide members and prospective members with the full range of products and services offered by the client including deposit accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; lending products; and credit/debit cards.
- Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
- Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans.
- Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications.
- Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services.
- Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell products and increase product penetration.
- Perform platform banking functions.
- 1-3 years of cash handling experience in in‑person customer service, retail, banking, and service industry.
- Bank teller experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Full‑time / 40 hours per week.
- MUST be available Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am-2:30pm.
- Could be expected to work 3 Saturdays a month depending on business need.
Contract position based out of Hurlburt Field, FL.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
