You will be the Financial Management for the Aviation
- Air Force Design & Integration team. Our team is responsible for supporting program/product areas in the business operations organization.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP&A and Rates Manager to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and rate analysis. You're a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. You're also able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and you're comfortable presenting complex financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.

- Global Logistics Support Services contract, which is the U.S. Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Proficient finance/accounting skills
Possesses proficient analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with Dod programmatics / reporting
Ability to work independently, meet hard deadlines, and manage multiple competing priorities
Proficient MS Office proficiency skills;
Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with SOF Customer
Experience with SAP (CES/S4)
Experience with Deltek Cobra
GAAP Standard
Process Improvement mindset
Strategic thinker
Currently has a secret clearance

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
