• Facilitate the hotel's human resources functions, including administration, turnover control, staff motivation, and employee development and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations as well as brand‑specific policies and procedures.
• Compose the annual budget in coordination with department heads and the General Manager, and conduct audits throughout the year to safeguard profitability.
• Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations to guarantee that all guest service standards are met.
• Propose adjustments that will increase hotel profitability by assessing departmental performance and identifying issue areas.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• Previous managerial experience overseeing a team, preferably within hospitality.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in hospitality management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong emphasis on putting the guest first and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to make sales calls.
